+ Q: What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be provided. Please be sure to read through all the specs, details, and requirements prior to purchasing any of our products. If you have any concerns or problems with your download link or files, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve any issues, provide support and/or replacement if necessary.
+ Q: Do you provide custom design services?
No, not at this time. I'm dedicated to stocking the Feather & Sage Design shop & the Marketplaces where I sell with fresh, new, quality designs, fonts, and digital assets. For that reason I am currently not accepting any new custom work at this time.
